Refunds and Cancellations

At Tranquil Business Private Limited, we understand that there may be situations where you may need to cancel or request a refund for the outsourcing services that we provide. We have created the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure that our clients are satisfied with our services and are fully aware of the process for cancellations and refunds:
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your outsourcing services, you must notify us in writing at least 7 business days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
If you cancel your services after the start of a billing cycle, you will be responsible for payment for the full billing cycle.
In the event that we need to cancel your services due to non-payment or breach of contract, we reserve the right to charge you for any work completed up until the date of cancellation.
Refund Policy:
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on our outsourcing services. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 14 days of the start of your contract, you may request a refund with a necessary reason for the cancellation request.
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the start of your contract.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your written request.
Refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed up until the date of cancellation.
If we have to cancel your services due to non-payment or breach of contract, you will not be eligible for a refund.
