1. Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your outsourcing services, you must notify us in writing at least 7 business days prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
Cancellations made after the start of a billing cycle will incur charges for the full billing cycle.
Company-Initiated Cancellations
If we cancel services due to non-payment or breach of contract, we reserve the right to charge for any work completed up to the date of cancellation.
2. Refund Policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on our outsourcing services.
If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your contract, you may request a refund by providing a valid reason for cancellation.
Refund Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days from the start of your contract.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your request.
- Refund Calculation
- Refunds will be prorated based on the amount of work completed up to the date of cancellation.
Clients whose services are canceled by the company due to non-payment or breach of contract are not eligible for a refund.
