Tranquil Business was founded by Jay Shah with a mission to help entrepreneurs and global businesses navigate finance, accounting, and tax complexities. What started as a small vision quickly became a globally trusted offshore partner.
Entering Southeast Asia
We opened our Singapore branch. This expansion strengthened our presence in Southeast Asia and enabled us to support cross-border businesses with reliable financial management solutions.
First owned office in India
We moved into our first owned office in India and scaling our in-house team to meet rising global demand for high-quality offshore accounting.
Expansion into North America

Jay Shah, a Chartered Accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) with 14+ years of experience, specializes in Accounting, Financial Advisory, Taxation & Law, and a range of professional services for global clients.
